Mandotory Disclosures

State or Federal law requires that every Consumer contract for credit repair services requires the following disclosures. Please read these carefully because they contain valuable information for Consumer’s protection.

  1. Consumer information becomes obsolete if there is negative information more than seven (7) years old or a bankruptcy that is more than ten (10) years old. Credit bureaus are prevented from issuing a credit report containing obsolete information.

  2. Consumer may also seek credit counseling from a nonprofit organization that offers financial services.

  4. In the event that Consumer believes that Company has violated Arizona or Federal Law, Consumer may proceed against Company’s Surety Bond.  The information for the Surety Bond is listed in Section III.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Services are provided on a month-to- month basis and clients may cancel their service at any time at least (3) three days in advance of any upcoming recurring payment. When cancelled according to these terms, the upcoming recurring payment will constitute the final payment due for services rendered. All services are billed in arrears.

This site is owned and operated by Peak Credit. Your privacy on the Internet is of the utmost importance to us. At Peak Credit, we want to make your experience online satisfying and safe. Because we gather certain types of information about our users, we feel you should fully understand our policy and the terms and conditions surrounding the capture and use of that information. This privacy statement discloses what information we gather and how we use it.

SHARING INFORMATION:
Peak Credit does not under any circumstances share, sell, rent, or in any other way provide your information to anyone for any use whatsoever.

SECURITY:
Peak Credit operates secure data networks protected by industry standard firewall and encryption protection systems. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only authorized individuals have access to the information provided by our customers.

INFORMATION PEAK CREDIT GATHERS AND TRACKS:
Peak Credit gathers two types of information about users:
• Information that users provide manually on our web site. This information is gathered on our Enrollment (Sign Up) Form and includes name, address, email address. This information is not shared or used for any marketing purposes whatsoever.
• Information Peak Credit gathers through aggregated tracking information derived mainly by tallying page views throughout our sites. This information allows us to better tailor our content to readers’ needs and to help us better understand the demographics of our audience.

USAGE TRACKING:
Peak Credit tracks user traffic patterns. However, we do not correlate this information with data about individual users. Peak Credit does break down overall usage statistics according to a user’s domain name, browser type, and MIME type by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every user’s browser). Peak Credit sometimes tracks the search terms that users enter in public search engines, which generate a “click through”, but this tracking is never associated with individual users. We use tracking information to determine the effectiveness of individual search terms.

COOKIES:
We may place a text file called a “cookie” in the browser files of your computer. The cookie itself does not contain Personal Information although it will enable us to relate your use of this site to information that you have specifically and knowingly provided. But the only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself. A cookie can’t read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites. Peak Credit uses cookies to track user traffic patterns (as described above). You can refuse cookies by turning them off in your browser. If you’ve set your browser to warn you before accepting cookies, you will receive the warning message with each cookie. You do not need to have cookies turned on to use this site.
